Who is this course for?
These days are aimed at RCI/RCDI/MCIs (trained or assessed) who want to help their clients improve and want to develop their own practise at coaching movement outside. I will be delivering this workshop at Stanage, an area I have spent the last 25 years teaching and climbing. I have delivered over 500 coaching/teaching days there and am passionate about helping climbers develop their skills. We’ll focus the day around a simple structure with lots of examples of coaching drills.
This is worth 1 CPD point for members of the Association of Mountaineering Instructors (AMI) and Mountain Training Association (MTA).
Mckinlay Mountaineering is proud to be working in partnership with Becca Lounds RCDI Dev coach PGCE www.climbmoverun.com/
Becca is an experienced and active climber. She has been coaching climbing for over 12 years, focusing on movement, technique and mindfulness . Being based in Sheffield means that she has an excellent knowledge of the Peak boulders and routes. Becca regularly delivers outdoor bouldering and route climbing sessions to beginners and improvers of all ages. I like to focus on pushing yourself in a fun and safe environment.
